This prepares them for transformation, well-being, self-growth, and the ability to hold a safe space for others.Aadhyaa places great value on deep acceptance, respect and autonomy of each person. With a strong belief in the importance of providing a safe space and gentle care to every person, she brings a client-centered approach to her therapy sessions.She works with adolescents, young adults and middle-aged adults, for mental health concerns such as attachment, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, career/ work related stress, grief, depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, substance abuse, low self-esteem, etc. to name a few. She uses eclectic, trauma-informed approaches in her work as a therapist. She is also a certified Regression Therapist. With around 2 years of experience in both online and in-person counselling — in the individual, groups and family settings — she has helped clients belonging to a range of age groups, genders, cultures and abilities.
