Professionally, I am a life coach, registered counsellor, recreational therapist, and music instructor, with a focus on supporting individuals in the aged and disability sectors. I bring over a decade of experience in disability and aged care, alongside more than ten years of expertise in yoga and meditation. Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience in music teaching and more than twelve years of experience in life coaching and counselling. My multifaceted roles are approached with both positivity and seriousness. I specialize in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, music, and sound therapy, and I also produce meditation and relaxation music with a deep interest in singing. My qualifications span counselling, recreational therapy, classical music, management, business, strategic leadership, career development, training & assessments, yoga, sound therapy, music therapy, art therapy, nutrition, autism studies and play therapy. I am dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through the transformative power of sound and music, aiming to empower others to lead fulfilling lives and navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace. I view work as a form of worship and duty as a divine calling.
