Adam Z. Seet

Adam Z. Seet is a registered counselling therapist endorsed by the Australia Counselling Association (ACA), and is an associate and consultant for Coburg Clinical Psychology. He has experience working primarily in schools across Victoria as a student welfare therapist. He has worked with a range of issues including AOD, family violence and abuse, low-functioning autism, and truancy. He believes empathetic communication is foundational to establishing positive rapport with clientele, most especially when they are mandated to attend. Adam has utilised, inter alia, CBT, Play and Art Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapeutic tools in the past, whilst preferring a holistic client-centred eclectic approach that is verified by contemporary psychological research.
