Aicha is a highly dedicated couple counsellor
devoted to assisting couples in overcoming challenges and fostering stronger,
more fulfilling relationships. With a wealth of knowledge, she specializes in
addressing a wide range of issues including communication breakdowns, trust
issues, intimacy challenges, infidelity, aftermath of betrayal, and major life
transitions such as marriage, parenthood, and career changes.

Utilizing evidence-based approaches, Aicha has
undergone extensive training in Gottman Methods, Emotion Focused Therapy, Sex
Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapeutic Approach. Additionally, she holds a
Master's degree in Dynamics of Change, providing her with a comprehensive
understanding of relational dynamics and therapeutic interventions.

Believing firmly in the potential for every
couple to thrive, Aicha is dedicated to offering unwavering support and
guidance to help couples navigate obstacles and rediscover joy in their
relationship. Her empathetic and collaborative approach creates a safe and
nurturing environment for couples to explore their challenges and work towards
positive change.

In addition to her work with couples, Aicha
serves as an ACA convenor, actively involved in organizing and supporting the
ACA Chapter for the Hunter Valley area. Her commitment to professional
development and community engagement highlights her dedication to the field of
counselling.
