I run a professional Equine Psychotherapy and counselling business called Stable Life Therapy, where horses are helping humans.

I have a Dip counsel, Equine Psychotherapy practitioner, dressage coach, Animal science and management Bachelor degree and im a disability support worker. Currently completing my study majors in Child development and effective parenting, Expressive therapies and 

Im a early 40s newly diagnosed Autist with ADHD and have lived experience with the challenges fellow neurodivergent folk have in todays society. My practise utilised outdoors and nature, my therapuetic trained horses and dog. I offer EAP and EAL along with Counselling. I uphold a passion for neurodivergent affirming and trauma informed approaches. All ages and abilities are welcome. My approach is person centred using various modalities such as ACT, DBT, Narrative therapy, Art and play therapy and many more.
