Aldo de Rooster is a Professional Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). He specializes in helping men, particularly those in FIFO/Shift work within the Resource Industry, addressing a range of mental health issues and life challenges such as stress, anxiety, fatigue, work, finances, and relationships.
With extensive career and life experience, Aldo understands the complexities of balancing relationships, responsibilities, finances, and the demands of FIFO work while maintaining mental health. His person-centred counselling approach is characterized by empathy, presence, and a deep appreciation for each individual's unique experiences.
