Ali's Counselling Services has been helping individuals & relationships through private practice based in Mardi on the central coast since 2012. I regularly counsel clients with the following issues depression, anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, childhood trauma, domestic violence, Leaving abusive relationships, Single parenting, Drug and alcohol rehabilitation, addiction, work place bullying, and much more. Also working with single Mums & Dads who benefit from having someone to walk alongside them during this sometimes-difficult journey. My main specialty is Relationship counselling and I have had great success in this area of expertise. Prior to starting my practice my  background has been within the age care sector as a community care nurse, as well as experience in youth work , counselling adolescents and working with our homeless community.  As well as running my private practice I also work within many age care facilities helping residents and families members transition into age care homes.Ali's Counselling Services is also provides counselling services as part of the Employers Assistant Programs Australia wide.I have vast experience working with all forms of counselling. My approaches to therapeutic interventions including but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapies and Gestalt Therapy.
