I take a gentle, person-centred approach to counselling and will tailor therapy to suit you, because I believe that therapy should not be one-size-fits-all. I use counselling approaches such as Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help with building self-esteem and resilience, and manage anxiety that stems from situational difficulties and life changes.My area of interest is women's counselling. I can help with trauma, self-esteem and resilience building, anxiety and depression and, perinatal mental health and parenting.I can offer you a warm, understanding and non-judgmental environment to voice your difficulties.
