Amy is a registered psychologist, counsellor and clinical supervisor for counsellors. Amy uses an Integrative Approach in working with her clients with an aim to build a supportive, non-judgmental, empathetic and safe space for her clients to be comfortable to share and explore their concerns. Amy believes that each individual has the capacity to overcome their difficulties and therapeutic work is a process that can support people recognise and use their capabilities. With a collaborative approach she works with the client to empower them, create clarity, insight, and a lasting change.
