I also integrate CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) and REBT(rational emotive behaviour therapy) as an action-oriented approach focused on helping people deal with irrational beliefs learning how to manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a healthier, more realistic way.Christian-based counselling is also available but it requires additional consent forms which can be arranged as soon as the booking is confirmed.
