My counselling practice draws partly on more than 25 years of experience working with children and their families during my first career as a primary teacher.
I also have lived experience and insight into workplace stress, trauma, high-functioning autism, traits of high-sensitivity, and supporting people with dementia. These are assets that enable me to empathise and have a deep understanding of a wide range of people's personal experiences.
