She achieves this by integrating elements from different therapeutic modalities which include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnosis, Couples and Family Therapy.By blending different modalities into the counselling process, she supports clients to develop long term coping strategies, and activate resources to restore harmony, balance and lasting change.  Also,  Angie focuses on the interaction between mind, body and spirit and includes specific techniques that support the integration of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.Angie has trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Meditation and has written two books and produced a series of therapeutic CDs. She has facilitated many self-development workshops nationally and internationally as well as conducting numerous corporate programs for various organisations.
