Anita is a counsellor and coach who practices from a person-centred and integrative approach. She offers individual counselling for people looking for support in mental health, difficult life transitions, changing behaviours or thought patterns using a variety of techniques including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Skills.Therapies are tailored to client needs and preferences depending on the type of therapy they resonate with, whether it is a traditional, evidence-based approach or a more alternative, holistic approach.My work hours are flexible and I offer sessions online and in person (Sunshine Coast).
