Anna is a relational gestalt psychotherapist and a Somatic Experience Practitioner.  Anna specialises in working with attachment and developmental trauma in relational, family and orgnaisational settings. Anna is passionate about helping individuals use present moments to meet unmet developmental needs. Anna belives there is incredible potency and healing in relational neuriobiology. Anna is also the co-founder of Restoring Resilience Training and Workshops. Anna co-developed GROW Working with Children and GROW your Organisation. The programs provide an ecological approach and focuss on how broader systems can provide optimal conditions for individuals to grow, thrive and flourish. Anna also works as Clinincal Supervisor to the teams of Maternal Child Health Nurses in City Wyndham. The focus is to implement strong Reflective and Self Care Practices to ensure staff are working from a place of health, wellbeing and sustainability.
