I am qualified counsellor and trainer and I provide convenient online, telephone and face to face counselling . I have worked extensively in with women with low self esteem, histories of trauma, abuse, drug and alcohol issues and domestic violence, as well as working with women who have involvement with the criminal justice system and in the mental health sector. In addition I have undertaken additional training including areas of Men’s Issues and I am aware of the many barriers, similarities and also differences face by male victims of domestic violence and trauma. I have a strong interest in trauma and the impact trauma has on our lives. I have worked individually with clients and in group programs including self-esteem/self-confidence workshops, as well as career counselling. Additionally I am an approved Victim’s services NSW Counsellor,
