I offer individual counselling services for depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, chronic pain, physical illness, trauma, grief and loss, insomnia, difficult life transitions and relationship issues. I also offer mindfulness-based therapy programs.
I have a Masters in Counselling. My counselling style is person-centred to create a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment for personal growth. Mindfulness-Based Therapy practices are used to empower each person towards well-being, self-acceptance and self-compassion.
