My practice is drawn from a strength-based, trauma-informed, client-centered, and evidence-based approach. I am empathetic, analytical, and good at building therapeutic relationships with my clients. My multicultural and multilingual background allows me to provide holistic and client-centric care to all my clients.As a registered ACA level 2 counsellor, I have worked with children, young adults, and adults in my practice. I also work as an educator for before and after-school hour care and have worked with school children closely.
