My main area of research in the field of sexology is focused on "Sexual Performance Anxiety, Oro-genital sexual practice and oral cancer".In my practice, Ariana Sexology, I work with individuals and couples of any sexual orientation on a short or long-term basis. I work with clients to recognize what their issues really mean to them. I then use this information to help them create a healthier sexual life and relationship as we advance. I am a proud supporter of LGBTQIA+ clients and their families. I treat loving couples, families, and transgender people with the dignity, respect, and affirmation they deserve. In my sex therapy practice, I use integration and application of a number of evidence-based strategies such as "solution-focused approach", "Person-centred approach", and "Cognitive-behavioural therapy", where I help my client to understand, manage and change their thoughts (cognitions) and actions (behaviours). I believe that people know themselves best and want to find a solution quickly. Although sexual concerns and difficulties are built over time, I assist them in working towards a solution as the best outcome. My experience and speciality in human sexual behaviours, feelings, and interactions allow me to practice passionately in many fields such as Libido, Desire, and Arousal Discrepancy; Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction, Disorders, and Variations; HIV and STIs Counselling; Couple Therapy and Counselling.
