Barbara Fretz is a registered clinical counsellor with the ACA College of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada. She has a range of client experience having worked with tertiary students, offenders, persons with substance use and trauma, cancer patients, carers, and women across the lifespan. She is strengths-based, trauma-informed and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness CBT, and Ego State Therapy. She runs CBT and Cognitive Hypnotherapy groups for women and individual clinical hypnosis sessions for men and women. She is located in the Southwest of Western Australia and is available for private counselling sessions.
