A warm welcome to Brick Road Therapy. Belinda has
experience working in private practice with children, adolescents and families.

Belinda uses Person-centred Therapy,
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization
and Reprocessing) when supporting individuals in counselling. She offers a
warm, trusting and safe therapeutic space that allows adolescents and adults to
work through any challenges in a non-judgemental environment.

Belinda can support individuals with
communication and social developmental challenges, anxiety disorders, trauma,
autism spectrum disorder (ASD), phobias, addiction, adjustment disorders,
school refusal, ADHD, depression and suicidal ideation.

Belinda is a ACA Level 2 counsellor and has
completed a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Counselling, EMDR training, ACT
Training, Mental Health First Aid training, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention
Skills Training
