As a Masters qualified level 4 counsellor with 20+ years counselling experience in Government, Not for Profit and Private sectors I bring a range of knowledge and insight to the counselling room and supervision experience. Specializing in trauma, domestic violence (both survivor and perpetrator experience) and neurodiversity, I offer a unique insight to how these dynamics impact on both an individual and relational level. My style is holistic an empathic with a focus on creating the future you want to live. Modalities I love using include ACT, CBT, Interpersonal , Solution Focussed and Integrative Therapy. In addition to individual and relationship counselling, I also offer supervision to counsellors (Level 1-4) and fellow supervisors as an accredited member of the college of supervisors.
