I am passionate about supporting individuals by offering an environment in which they can freely explore the present situations they face, alongside their past experiences and future goals. I adopt an integrative approach whilst using a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities to support persons in accessing their own resources for growth.
As a schema psychotherapist, I have an interest in exploring the relationship between past and present experiences and supporting individuals in healing from patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour that are no longer serving them.
In addition to general mental health presentations, my clinical experience in sexology involves working with both survivors and perpetrators of sexual abuse, individuals with paraphilic (atypical) sexual interests, and compulsive sexual behaviours.
