Counselling. My expertise includes anxiety, family stress, ADHD &
ASD, grief and loss, relationship and intimacy challenges. As a
certified Meditation Teacher and Peaceful Kids Facilitator, I
incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices to enhance emotional
well-being and resilience for all ages. Together, we can create a more
balanced and fulfilling life.
