With 20 years of counselling experience, I create a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood and valued. My approach focuses on building trust and working together to find solutions that work for you. I use a narrative therapy style approach to help you understand your experiences and identify any thoughts, feelings, or behaviours that might be holding you back. This can include past traumas, guilt, shame, anxiety, procrastination, worry, emotional dysregulation, addiction, grief and loss. Using therapies like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we will work together to develop new skills and strategies to help you overcome challenges. My role is to support you in identifying and achieving your goals and living a more present and fulfilling life.
