Over 9 years of experience working in a variety of community service based programs. Currently working as a Family Violence recovery Clinician in therapeutic services, providing Evidence based interventions to families recovering from trauma. Deeply passionate about Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I also utilise other modalities including but not limited to: Ego state therapy, Schema therapy, Theraplay, Sandtray and Art therapy. Previous experience includes providing individual support and group therapy in settings relating to mental health, out of home care, ATSI and CALD community support , LGBTQI+ community support, homelessness and Family Violence protection and recovery.Past times include the Gym, Music and the study of Psychoneuroimmunology.Always happy to chat about innovation and progression within the industry.
Qualifications
• Diploma of Counselling – Major Abuse, Developmental Childhood Trauma and Grief/Loss
• Bachelor of Social Science – Major Psychology/Social and Criminal Justice
• Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science
