I am a Master's Level mental health counselor specialized in art therapy. I use a strengths-based approach to work with my client, and believe that a person's mind, body, and spirit are all important when it comes to living a happy and well-rounded life. I have experience using evidence-based therapy modalities including ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, and have worked with people with a range of needs including complex trauma. I am also trained in various expressive modalities including art therapy, meditation, and guided imagery.
