I am currently employed part-time as a Counsellor at Shoalhaven Psychology Services. I am working with age groups four years and older and run frequent play group therapy for teens.I have over five years of experience supporting people through a variety of mental health challenges through community services and crisis support lines. I have worked as a youth and community project worker for six years and I have worked as a Lifeline telephone crisis supporter for three years. I am an active volunteer with two other telephone mental health support services.Through these experiences, I value working empathically and collaboratively with clients, tailoring the therapy to fit the individual.
