My passion is helping clients to realise their own strengths and achieve their goals, both in their personal lives and careers. I have over 20 years' experience in business and management and have completed a Master of Business Administration, specialising in HR Management. My key areas of interest are in career development, organisational change and leadership. Over the last decade, I have worked in emergency services and gained experience in supporting first responders through critical incident stress, trauma, anxiety and organisational challenges. I believe in providing the best care for my clients and have access to a wide network of providers within Queensland that can offer specialty treatment where needed. I have completed a Master of Counselling (Mental Health) and use frameworks such as solution focused brief therapy, EMDR and CBT as appropriate with clients. I also have extensive experience in delivering psycho education, management and leadership presentations to large groups or tailored to individual sessions. Face-to-face sessions are by appointment in Roma, Qld, online consultations are available additionally throughout the week.
