Graduating in her late 40s, Cathy combines a wealth of life experience with professional expertise, offering a unique perspective to her work. As a mother of three neurodiverse children, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals navigating trauma, neurodiversity, and learning difficulties.
Cathy’s approach centers on the profound connection between the mind and body, focusing on nervous system regulation as a pathway to healing. She empowers clients to understand their biological responses, break free from cycles of distress, and build emotional resilience. Through psychoeducation and practical strategies, Cathy helps clients enhance self-awareness, develop emotional regulation skills, and cultivate the tools needed to thrive.
