As a registered counsellor and level 2 member with ACA, Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Counselling, offering compassionate and authentic support grounded in person-centred therapy principles in her practice. With valuable experience gained in private practice, she specialises in addressing diverse counselling topics, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and suicide prevention. Her passion lies in guiding individuals on their journey to personal growth using evidence-based practice, with a particular interest in trauma, grief, Christian counselling and IFS, where the client’s unique needs take centre stage in the therapeutic process.
