Welcome to Oak Counselling! I am Catriona, a professional counsellor with a Master of Counselling and BA(Hons-psych) degrees. With my background in psychology and education, my counselling approach is rooted in person-centred and strength-based counselling principles. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and have the potential to change and grow. My role is to support you by creating a genuine and safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
