The daily walk on this earth is full of challenges. We are required
to process millions and millions of pieces of information and sometimes
its just too much.
We all need an outlet or someone to talk to whether that be a friend, family member or a Professional Counsellor or a Supervisor.
I have been studying psychology in different forms for over 12 years.
Some of my favourite mentors are Tony Robbins, Dale Carnegie, Robert
Kyosaki, Oprah Winfrey and many more.

I am a Qualified Professional Counsellor through the Australian
Institute of Professional Counsellors and am a member of the Australian
Counsellors Association and Australian Supervisors College.

I have worked with clients from all walks of life including
International Athletes, Singers and Musicians, Single Mums, people who
have lost loved ones, going through life stage challenges, addictions, depression and anxiety, couples, parents, teenagers, children and counsellors.
