Chloe is a Licensed Counsellor, Yoga Teacher, and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. She is registered with the Australian Counselling Association and holds a BA (Honours) in Sociology and Social Psychology. With a passion for learning, Chloe has also completed advanced studies in Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy and Here and Now Therapy, and she has obtained over 900 hours of training in yoga, with a specialised focus on Yoga for Mental Health.
Chloe has diverse experience, having worked in various settings such as yoga studios, psychology clinics, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. She has supported clients facing a range of challenges, including mood disorders, trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
In her practice, Chloe offers both individual and group therapy sessions, along with courses and workshops. She takes pride in creating a safe and compassionate environment, collaborating closely with each client to ensure they feel empowered, seen, and heard.
