Christine is experienced in assisting people living with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, mental illness or living with disability to learn new coping strategies to lead a brighter life. Christine uses Positive Psychology and Personal Mastery techniques to help people achieve their goals and flourish. She provides relationship therapy using Gottman Institute techniques. She is also experienced in many other evidence based modalities including CBT, Art Therapy, ACT, EFT and others. Christine has a particular interest in helping people who have been impacted by trauma. Christine has worked for many years in community service providing psychosocial education for mental health well-being and drug and alcohol harm minimisation. Christine has offices in Toowoomba and Crows Nest and provides Telehealth services for those living in rural and remote areas or who find after hours more convenient.
