trauma informed counselling, that embraces diversity in addressing the challenges

considerable lived experience, recent academic study, ongoing professional
development I value every client on the basis that they are the expert in
their own story and recognise that each person has it within themselves to
achieve desired outcomes and personal growth.

and Gottman processes in addressing anxiety and depression associated with:
