I hold a Masters of Counselling from the University of New England. My toolbox includes knowledge based on the foundations of Positive Psychology, ACT Therapy, Attachment Theory, the Gottman Institute, Schema Therapy, Family Systems Theory and the Advanced Habit Change Institute. I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Bachelor of Teaching.
