Craig Behenna

Craig takes a client-centred perspective and works with people both in acute need and with clients looking to change direction in their lives. His practice is trauma informed and he draws on lived experience with depression and anxiety.
Craig also has a long career as a writer and filmmaker working in high-tension and tight-deadline environments. He uses these management, leadership and coaching skills with clients in creative and corporate environments in Australia, South East Asia and the USA.
Qualifications: Craig has a Masters (First Class) in Narrative Therapy from the Dulwich Centre, University of Melbourne. He trained as a Psychosynthesis Coach with Dorothy Firman. His meditation practice began with Thich Nhat Hanh and members of the community at Plum Village, France and he continues to train as a teacher through Zendo Kyodan, London, certified through the International Mindfulness Teachers' Association. His work is also informed by Gestalt, TA, Solutions-Based Coaching and Compassion-Based Therapies.
