My passion lies with seeing people thrive and I aim to see clients be the best that they can by supporting them as they work through personal goals. Building resilience, well-being and a sense of stability comes hand-in-hand with that. As a qualified and registered counsellor I can offer general counselling and therapy for life transitions, grief, trauma, relationships/couples, parenting/family therapy/youth, depression, anxiety, spiritual issues (Christian based), sexual identity, mental health issues or other personal issues. I normally work from an office space in Devonport but can do home visits or online meetings if circumstances require that.As a private practitioner and school counsellor I work with adults, teenagers and younger children and can relate well to all ages in challenging situations. Having attained an Advanced Diploma through AIFC and through life experiences I have gained skills and knowledge that enables me to empathise with those from all walks of life with varied experiences.
