As a dedicated counselor, I am deeply passionate about promoting mental health through a holistic approach that integrates various modalities, this can include yoga and hypnotherapy, but not always. I do though believe in the transformative power of these practices to empower clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. By incorporating mindfulness and movement through yoga, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Additionally, I use hypnotherapy as a tool to unlock subconscious barriers, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space. Together, we work collaboratively to uncover their unique path forward, fostering resilience and personal growth in the process.
