Danielle has been working with young people and families for over a decade. Danielle’s niche is working with adolescents- especially with an out-of- home care experience.Sessions focus on processing trauma, addiction, family patterns, unhealthy relationships and mental health challenges. With a Master’s in Counselling, Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, and extensive counselling and facilitator experience, Danielle works from a family of origin framework and uses eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) which is a comprehensive psychotherapy.As a trained Wilderness Lead Guide, Danielle combines her therapeutic work with the outdoors, developing and facilitating bush adventure therapy programs. She has had vast experience across residential settings, remote bush adventure therapy programs, drug rehabilitation programs, life skills programs, and out-of-home care.
