At the heart of our counselling practice is a deep commitment
to helping people rediscover their sense of self and reconnect with the ability
to flourish. Founded with the belief that everyone deserves to feel connected,
loved and fulfilled in their journey through life. Our mission is to guide
individuals through the inevitable ebb and flow, work through blocks, build resilience
and restore wellbeing.
Danielle is a trauma informed psychotherapist with a special
interest in grief, relationships, attachment and developmental trauma. As a
therapist with lived experience of grief, loss and trauma her practice is influenced
with understanding and supported by therapeutic interventions to ensure the
best outcomes for her clients.
Danielle practices from a person-centred approach and
utilises frameworks from psychodynamic, attachment and cognitive behavioural
theories. In collaboration with you, Danielle approaches sessions with a gentle
curiosity, ensuring comfortability and prioritising your safety. Working
through trauma takes time, care and patience and is no easy feat! Your bravery
in considering therapy and taking that first step is commendable and something
to be proud of.
“The opportunity to stand beside someone as they take that
step into vulnerability, share their story and begin to unpack the things that
are holding them back from experiencing life as they so deserve, is a gift I will
never take for granted. Seeing those I work with rediscovering their light is
the most rewarding feeling I’ve ever experienced and the very reason why I chose
this career.” – Danielle
