My aim as a dual Rehabilitation Counsellor and General Counsellor, is to provide comprehensive, and mindset counseling services to help adults overcome challenges and achieve their personal, vocational, and independent living goals.
I utilise therapeutic approaches to guide clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, motivation, return to work, self-esteem, and isolation. With empathy and expertise, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to overcome adversity and unlock their full potential.
