I offer you a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space where you can explore your difficulties and implement the positive changes you desire. I have a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and work from a person centred and solutions focused perspective. My experience includes but is not limited to working within the fields of addiction, stress management, depression, grief and loss, parenting difficulties as well as supporting youth and neurodiverse individuals. I have online flexible working hours and afterhour appointments available upon request.
