I am a qualified and experienced clinical counsellor and clinical supervisor who offers a supportive, professional and friendly service. I hold a Master of Counselling degree and a post-graduate qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling. 

I provide individual, couples and group sessions to those who may be navigating grief and loss, mental health concerns, work issues, career change, disability, ageing, trauma, and other life changes or challenges. 

In addition to my own practice, I have had many years experience working across government, private and not-for profit organisations, as well working as a university educator. 

I use evidence-based approaches that will be tailored to your individual needs, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy and integrate relaxation and mindfulness activities when they may be helpful. I offer in-person, telephone and online sessions and generally have appointments available within a week's time for new clients.
