By utilising the services of an ACA Registered Counsellor or Psychotherapist you have peace of mind knowing they meet appropriate education and practice standards, and are accountable to a professional code of ethics and complaints procedure.

Lodging a Complaint

All ACA Members must adhere to the ACA Code of Ethics. The ACA’s complaints process aims to safeguard the public, members, and the reputation of the counselling profession.

Deregistered Members

In such cases where an ACA Member has been deregistered, their name will appear on the ACA Member Deregistration list. This process serves to alert the public, enhancing safety measures within the profession.

I have twelve months experience as a counsellor on the Gambling Helpline and as an advisor on the Family Relationship Advice Line, both with Relationships Australia QLD. My passions are with supporting young people and families and am eager to begin as College Counsellor begining in January 2024.
