As a counsellor, and a member of the Australian Counselling Association, Elissa understands that life can be difficult and that it can sometimes be particularly challenging. Elissa wants not only to help you get through these times, but to walk alongside you to a better, happier and healthier place. Elissa is experienced in dealing with relationship breakdowns, anxiety issues, depression, disengagement from school/work life, lack of motivation, low organisational skills, assertiveness, addiction, low self-esteem, family break downs, grief and loss.
Elissa works with adults, children and adolescents to create positive outcomes for people to change their lives. Elissa provides a safe and confidential environment where everyone including couples, families, children and adults can explore their feelings and experiences. It is here that people can truly understand and accept themselves and move forward into an inspired life.
Elissa recognises that counselling can be confronting to begin with, but has seen first-hand the positive changes that counselling can have. Elissa encourages you if you want to change or are facing difficulties in your life to take a leap of faith and believe that life can be better and that you can live life to your greatest potential with the help of counselling.
