Hi, I’m Liz. I’m based in the Adelaide Hills of SA and I am passionate
about working as a counsellor.

I believe in creating a safe,
non-judgmental space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and
experiences freely. Through a collaborative approach, I work to support people
in gaining insight, developing coping skills, promoting resilience and fostering
a sense of empowerment and self-belief.

In the past five years, I have gained experience from working for a
mental health support line and within a youth mental health setting, which has
allowed me the privilege to listen to and work with people navigating
challenges within life.

I hold a Bachelor of Social
Science (Counselling) degree and a Diploma of Counselling. Additionally, I
regularly pursue continuing education and professional development, most
recently completing certification training in DBT.

I acknowledge the strength it
takes for someone to enter into counselling, and I value the opportunity to
hear someone’s experiences, thoughts and feelings.
