Hi, my name is Elzbieta Gruntowicz, please call me Ella. As a counsellor, I help clients to achieve mental, emotional and relational functioning to the level that allows the clients to lead the life the way they want to.
Counselling by Ella is my private online counselling practice offering counselling services for individuals (age: 18 to 65+) who suffer from the following problems:
- feeling stuck, hopeless and worthless
- constantly feeling overwhelmed
- inner conflicts, self-doubt, low self-confidence
- relational issues, including constantly trying to please others
- stress, stress, stress
- constant worry
- feeling depressed, tired, . . . exhausted, and/or avoiding others

- emotional outbursts, including yelling at your children
- communication problems

- perfectionism
- underperforming
- obesity.
