Farah adopts a person-centred approach with her clients while incorporating techniques from Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Mindfulness. Farah has 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are form both culturally and gender diversed backgrounds. She has worked in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Emotional Regulation, Self-esteem and Eating Disorders. Farah is has experience working with groups and running therapeutic workshops for young people. Farah is culturally diverse and goes by the pronouns she/her.
