Fiona is a
neurodiversity-affirming Counsellor and Supervisor, who is passionate that
every person is equipped with the skills to find not only their true self but
their unique voice as well. Fiona empowers people to build their Emotional
Fitness by helping them develop their awareness of who they are, the stage of
life they are at, clarity of what matters most in their life, ensuring a
healthy emotional vocabulary and finally, developing a healthy perspective.
Fiona works with a range of
clients from children and adolescents to adults,
individually and as families. Fiona specialises in supporting families with
complex
needs, through face to face or Tele-health appointments and is a registered NDIS
Provider for Counselling and Early Childhood Intervention.
Through both personal and
professional experience, Fiona has seen the critical need to
provide a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive space to help clients identify
strength-based goals, develop an awareness of themselves and raise their
understanding of personal interactions with others.
Fiona ensures a safe environment,
helping clients to understand themselves in a natural and instinctive way,
while remaining true to themselves.
